We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $99 via UPS Ground, which provides fast delivery (approx. 2-5 business days) directly to your mailbox, eliminating the need to wait at home for your package.

UPS Ground

Standard Delivery: United Parcel Service
$5.95 for orders under $49
Packages arrive in approx. 2-5 business days directly to your mailbox. Orders placed after 3 p.m. ship the next business day. Excludes weekends and U.S. holidays. You will receive a delivery confirmation number via e-mail when your order is shipped.

2-Day Delivery: UPS

We also offer 2-Day Delivery on U.S. orders placed before 3 p.m. (MT). Orders placed after 3 p.m. ship the next business day. Friday orders will not be delivered until Tuesday. A signature is required upon delivery.

Overnight Delivery: UPS

We offer Overnight Delivery on U.S. orders placed before 3 p.m. (MT). Orders placed after 3 p.m. ship the next business day. Friday orders will not be delivered until Monday. A signature is required upon delivery. Excludes weekends and U.S. holidays. No P.O. Boxes, Physical Address Required. Overnight shipping does not apply to U.S. Commonwealths such as Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

International Shipping

Don’t live in the U.S.? No problem. We ship worldwide.
Shipping costs vary per country, however the shipping rate will be provided upon checkout.
All International orders are subject to Customs inspections as well as possible fees and/or taxes. These charges are determined by the country to which the package is shipped and payment is the responsibility of the customer, not SkincareForFaces. Some packages may be delayed as much as 2-3 weeks, depending on Customs. Signature may be required upon delivery. SkincareForFaces reserves the right to cancel any International order. Shipping charges, taxes, and other country’s fees are non-refundable.

Return Policy

labellavitaskincare.com stands behind our products. We strive to provide the highest quality, most effective professional skin care products on the market. However, we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. In order to provide the best possible service, we do accept product returns within 30 days of purchase.

We offer two types of returns, a Replacement or a Refund.

Products are eligible for a Replacement of the same item if the original product is damaged, defective,
or if you receive the wrong product.

Products are eligible for a full Refund* if you decide you don’t want the item, it didn’t meet your
expectations, or if you have had an adverse skin reaction.

*Refund refers to cost of item, not including shipping costs. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned items.

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like to select a different item, you must return the original item for a refund, and then purchase another item.

How to Return an Item

You must return your item(s) within 30 days of purchase to allow for return processing time.

To begin the Return Process, click on My Account, log in, and click on Return Items.

If the product is defective, damaged, or if you were sent the incorrect item, Vitalabella skincare.com will pay for the return shipping. If these conditions do not apply, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
